We help clients take advantage of the opportunities offered by the capital market. We advise on raising capital and its effective placement.

At the Capital Market Transaction Office, we handle the full process of raising capital on the primary market. We start with preliminary analyses. We then select and prepare suitable financial instruments. We create a prospectus (or information memorandum) and introduce the securities to public trading. Specialists from the Capital Market Transactions Office also advise on mergers and acquisitions.

Corporate clients interested in investing funds are served by the Sales Department. We act as an intermediary in concluding transactions in financial instruments on secondary markets operating in Poland. We also organise sales as part of issues on the primary market. We also offer brokerage services to customers of Depository Banks, including transactions on the largest foreign stock exchanges.

The Capital Markets Analysis Office provides investors with analytical material and commentary useful in conducting their own investments in the capital market.

We prepare investment and financial analyses and other recommendations of a general nature. These relate to transactions in financial instruments.

Under agreements concluded with issuers and the Warsaw Stock Exchange, Biuro Maklerskie Banku Millennium S.A. performs the tasks of issuer's market maker and market animator for companies listed on the WSE. Among others, we cooperate with issuers of shares with low liquidity, who joined the Liquidity Support Programme.
