- Changing your ePromakPlus application password
You can change your online password for the ePromakPlus application by clicking on the change password icon (padlock icon) in this application.
If you lose access to the ePromakPlus application, you can request a password change
- at the Customer Service Point
- by mail - send an application to set and send a new password (notarised confirmation of your signature is required, while the method of password transfer is specified in the application
- by telephone - a Brokerage Office employee will inform you about the available methods of password transfer
- in a Bank Millennium branch (CSP), if you have signed an agreement on setting up the terms of service for telephone and Internet instructions, which includes an application for granting privileges to the Internet service.
- changing the password for the Information Service
The Information Service does not have mechanisms for enforcing password changes.
Although the Information Service does not store individual information about you and there is no possibility of placing orders there, it is recommended that you regularly change your online password for the Information Service.
You can change your Information Service password in the Information Service under Tools > Change password. If you lose your Information Service password, you can request a change as follows:
(1) at CSP
(2) by mail - by sending a request for a new password (from the email address previously provided to the Brokerage)
(3) by submitting an application for reinstatement of the start password by telephone (in this case, a current telephone password is required)
(4) by submitting an application in the ePromakPlus application.
We always send a new password to the Information Service via the ePromak Plus application.
- Changing your Statica password
To change your Statica password, submit a request over the phone or in the ePromakPlus application. You can also submit a password change request by email. Send it from the address you gave us when you signed the contract.

- change of a telephone password
You can request a change of your telephone password in the following ways:
(1) directly at the CSP
(2) by post - send a form with your new password (notarised confirmation of your signature is required)
(3) by submitting an application to set up and send a new telephone password (a notarised signature confirmation is required and the method of password transmission is specified in the application)
(4) by submitting an application in the ePromakPlus application (the way of transferring the password is specified in the application)
(5) by signing an agreement in a branch of Bank Millennium (PUM) on setting out the terms and conditions for handling telephone and Internet instructions, which includes an application for granting privileges for the telephone service.
In cases (3) - (5) the new telephone password is set by us.
