    • Contracts concluded since 25 July 2006

    If you have entered into a brokerage account agreement with us, under this agreement you will receive access to online and telephone services.

    If you wish to give your account rights to a proxy, you must submit an application.

    • Contracts concluded before 25 July 2006 and contracts where internet or telephone services have not been activated.

    You can get access to internet and telephone service if you sign a new contract with us.

    • for internet services, you will receive
    • an envelope with your password for the ePromakPlus application
    • an information card with your login for the ePromakPlus application and your login and password for the Information Service

    Passwords for the Internet service and the telephone service collected at the CSP are active.

    Access to Statica is granted on the basis of a separate application, which you can submit at the Customer Service Point, by telephone or in the ePromakPlus application. We send you your Statica login and password via the ePromakPlus application.

    • for the telephone service, you will receive a telephone password form (at the CSP, you can set up a password that you will use when placing orders, instructions and requests by telephone).

    Passwords for the Internet service and the telephone service collected at the CSP are active.

  • If you conclude a contract with us in a branch or by mail, you do not receive logins and passwords while concluding the contract. We provide your identification data as follows:

    • in the case of online services:
    • if you provide a mobile phone number:
      1. we will send the login for the ePromakPlus application by registered mail to your postal address
      2. we will send you your ePromakPlus application password via SMS. The password you receive is not active. Before attempting to log in to the ePromakPlus application, you must activate it according to the rules in the section How to activate passwords?
      3. We will send you your login and password for the Information Service by registered mail to your postal address. The password is active.
    • if you do not provide a mobile phone number:
      1. we will send your ePromakPlus application login by registered mail to your mailing address
      2. we will send your ePromakPlus application password by another registered letter to your mailing address. The password is not active. Before you try to log in to the ePromakPlus application, activate it according to the rules in the How to activate your password? section
      3. we will send you your login and password to the Information Service by registered letter to your postal address. The password you receive is active
      4. we will send you the login and password for Statica via the ePromakPlus application
    • for telephone service:

    we will send the telephone password via the ePromakPlus application. The received password is active.

    Have your contract with you when you call.

    The activation of passwords is carried out by our employee. You must provide correct answers to his/her questions. The questions may concern your personal data, your investment account number and the type and details of the services you use.

    • Changing your ePromakPlus application password

    You can change your online password for the ePromakPlus application by clicking on the change password icon (padlock icon) in this application.

    If you lose access to the ePromakPlus application, you can request a password change

    • at the Customer Service Point
    • by mail - send an application to set and send a new password (notarised confirmation of your signature is required, while the method of password transfer is specified in the application  
    • by telephone - a Brokerage Office employee will inform you about the available methods of password transfer  
    • in a Bank Millennium branch (CSP), if you have signed an agreement on setting up the terms of service for telephone and Internet instructions, which includes an application for granting privileges to the Internet service.
    • changing the password for the Information Service
      The Information Service does not have mechanisms for enforcing password changes.

    Although the Information Service does not store individual information about you and there is no possibility of placing orders there, it is recommended that you regularly change your online password for the Information Service.

    You can change your Information Service password in the Information Service under Tools > Change password. If you lose your Information Service password, you can request a change as follows:

    (1) at CSP

    (2) by mail - by sending a request for a new password (from the email address previously provided to the Brokerage)

    (3) by submitting an application for reinstatement of the start password by telephone (in this case, a current telephone password is required)

    (4) by submitting an application in the ePromakPlus application.

    We always send a new password to the Information Service via the ePromak Plus application.

    • Changing your Statica password

    To change your Statica password, submit a request over the phone or in the ePromakPlus application. You can also submit a password change request by email. Send it from the address you gave us when you signed the contract.

    We always send you a new Statica password via the ePromakPlus application.

    • change of a telephone password

    You can request a change of your telephone password in the following ways:

    (1) directly at the CSP

    (2) by post - send a form with your new password (notarised confirmation of your signature is required)

    (3) by submitting an application to set up and send a new telephone password (a notarised signature confirmation is required and the method of password transmission is specified in the application)

    (4) by submitting an application in the ePromakPlus application (the way of transferring the password is specified in the application)

    (5) by signing an agreement in a branch of Bank Millennium (PUM) on setting out the terms and conditions for handling telephone and Internet instructions, which includes an application for granting privileges for the telephone service.

    In cases (3) - (5) the new telephone password is set by us.

  • It is a stock market based on the alternative trading system operated by the Warsaw Stock Exchange. NewConnect was created for young, dynamic Polish companies whose injection of capital will open up the possibility of exploiting the potential inherent in their innovativeness and, as a result, provide an opportunity for growth.

    Due to the specific nature of issuers, the NewConnect market offers more liberal formal requirements and disclosure obligations, and thus cheaper capital raising. NewConnect is also intended to be the start of a stock market career for companies listed here.

    Investors engaging in the NewConnect market must be aware that the higher growth potential of companies listed here will at the same time mean an increased investment risk. This feature of the market is due to its specific profile, grouping companies with a short history, operating in the most volatile and competitive segment of the economy, such as new technologies.

  • Transferring or depositing funds to your investment account looks just like transferring or depositing to your personal account. All you need to do is enter 26-digit account number.

  • If you can’t remember your account number, you can retrieve it in 3 ways:

    • In the ePromakPlus app. Select Settings > Account information > Bank account for deposits
    • via our call centre
    • at a Customer Service Point in Warsaw
  • If you are a new customer, you will receive access to online channels once you have signed a contract with us. If you signed a contract before 25 July 2006, please sign a new contract with us. update it to the version currently in force. Investors who have concluded a brokerage services contract as of 25 July 2006 but have not yet activated remote services - should activate them by submitting the appropriate application.

  • You can sign the agreement at a Customer Service Point (CSP). If you are a customer of Bank Millennium, you can also sign the agreement in the Brokerage Service Points located in the Financial Centres of Bank Millennium.

  • This depends mainly on your bank’s procedures. The fastest way (online), funds will reach your brokerage account from your Millennium Bank account.

  • You can place orders over the phone if you have previously signed an agreement that allows you to use remote services and activated these services.

  • Yes. By calling 801-601-601 or (0 22) 598 26 87, you can receive assistance with online services.

  • Instructions via the Website on behalf of a legal person or an organisational unit without legal personality may only be submitted by persons authorised by the Investor to submit Instructions on a one-man basis, designated in writing from among the persons authorised to dispose of the Account within the scope of the power of attorney granted to them.

  • Confirmation of the conclusion of a transaction is sent to the e-mail address provided when signing the contract.

  • The entire transmission, all data sent between the User and the Brokerage Office of Bank Millennium S.A. are encrypted using SSL technology. It uses the so-called session keys (one-time for a given session) with a minimum symmetrical key length of 128 bits. In its solution, Biuro Maklerskie Bank Millennium S.A. used digital certificates.

    A web server certificate confirms that the computer you are connecting to is indeed the computer whose web address you have selected and appears in the URL field of your browser. The process of obtaining such a certificate involves verification, indicating whether the institution applying for such a document can use the name contained in the key and whether it is indeed the owner of the Internet domain where the server is located.

  • Such a file will require a password. We have adopted your investment account number as the default password. You can change the default password by submitting a request via the ePromak+ application (Applications tab), by phone or in person at the Customer Service Desk. Instructions to change the password will not be accepted from proxies for the investment account.
