We have developed a brokerage service for corporate clients in all available segments of the capital market, which includes in particular:
  • opening and maintenance of brokerage accounts
  • brokerage services for clients of Depository Banks
  • brokerage services on the secondary market for shares and bonds
  • individual brokerage services during continuous trading
  • active search for the other side of a block market transaction in shares and bonds, among other clients as well as brokerage offices and banks which, cooperate with us
  • handling calls for the sale of shares on the public markets

How to open a brokerage account?

  1. Prepare the KRS, REGON and NIP of the company, as well as the ID card of the company representative. We also accept mDowód. If the company representative is a non-resident, they will need a passport.
  2. Come to the Customer Service Point of the Brokerage Office in Warsaw.
  3. Fill in the necessary paperwork and sign the contract prepared by us during the meeting, our advisor will ask you, among other things, to complete the MiFID questionnaire, determine the beneficial owner, and provide the data necessary for FATCA and CRS compliant analysis.
  4. A decision on the signing of the agreement by the Brokerage will be made within 2 working days at the latest.
  5. You will receive your login details for the online service either from a member of staff at the Customer Service Desk or by email provided by you when signing the contract.
  6. Log in and invest!

Deferred payment period (DPP)
