    Bank Millennium S.A. (hereinafter also referred to as the "Bank") provides its Customers with security of operations. All information provided by our Customers is protected by state-of-the-art technology, in compliance with the applicable legal standards, security requirements and confidentiality rules. The bank actively develops its systems for protecting customer privacy and security by implementing new organisational and technical safeguards. The Bank informs customers of changes to the applicable confidentiality protection rules by means of its website or another communication method agreed with the customer.

    The Brokerage Office is part of Bank Millennium S.A. Bank Millennium S.A. when displaying the website of the Brokerage Office of Bank Millennium S.A. (hereinafter also referred to as the Brokerage Office website) uses cookies, i.e. small text files stored in the memory of the end device (e.g. computer, tablet, phone), which the user uses when browsing the website. How long will the Bank keep cookies?

Your personal data will be processed in order to ensure the basic functions of our website, to ensure security, to collect information on the use of the Brokerage Office website, i.e. to research statistics on website traffic and to analyse website traffic, to improve the Brokerage Office website.

You have the right to object, request deletion, restriction of processing and rectification of your data, request access to the content of your data and data portability. You may revoke your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out on the basis of consent before revocation. In cases where you consider that the Bank's processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
